The Industrial Development Authority recently concluded negotiations for the acquisition of the premises which are now available for sale or lease for an approved project.
The authority are continuing their efforts to attract a suitable manufacturing project to the premises. The fact that the premises are now owned by the authority should facilitate these efforts.
