I would refer the Deputy to the reply which I gave to Question No. 187 on 14th March last. As commercial interests are free to proceed with the establishment of oil refineries, subject to compliance with planning requirements, I am not in a position to predict their numbers, locations or other characteristics.
May I ask the Minister is the rumour true that I heard that the APCO proposals for Bantry Bay are meeting with difficulties——
