Objections have been received in my Department to the confirmation of these compulsory purchase orders which necessitate the holding of a public local inquiry in each case. I am prepared to have the necessary arrangements made as soon as the local authority indicate that they are in a position to proceed. My Department are in touch with the local authority regarding the matter.
