Planning for stage 2 of the extension to Ballina Vocational School is in hands. I am not yet in a position to give a precise date for commencement of the building work but I anticipate that it may commence towards the end of 1975.
Will the Minister not agree that the planning has been in hands for the last nine months and the deputation which the Minister and his Department met were assured work would commence in the 1975 financial year?

That is not what I said. I said I hoped it would commence then.
