The incident at Dublin Airport on 13th February, 1975, is being investigated by an aeronautical officer of my Department. I cannot say at this stage when the investigation will be completed.
Does the Minister think that the situation in regard to radio transmission between private aircraft and commercial aircraft is satisfactory or should it be improved?
I cannot say one way or the other because, as I have said, the investigation into this accident is not yet completed. Until I get that report I will not be able to say.
