It was decided by an appeals officer that on the basis of means derived from a holding the person concerned is entitled only to a partial pension.
The solicitor informs me that that lady has no property in her name now, no land or holdings. He has confirmed that to me in writing.
If the circumstances of the case have changed in any way since the appeal was heard, the case could be reviewed.
