asked the Minister for Lands if, in view of the fact that in the 12 months ended in August, 1974, some 6,700 dead sea birds were found along the 7,400 miles of Britain's coastline and that more than half of them were oil-covered, he is in a position to give comparative figures regarding finds of such birds on the Irish coastline especially since the biggest number of dead birds was found in the northern Irish Sea.
