Vol. 289 No. 1

Written Answers. - Kerry School.

94.

asked the Minister for Education if he will make provision for the erection of three more classrooms for the new Killorglin primary school, County Kerry in view of the facts that (a) pupils from Glencuthane national school are being transferred into Killorglin (b) there are 50 new houses nearing completion in Killorglin and (c) in the light of the list of applicants, there are 48 school-going children, all from outside the Killorglin area, attending the school there.

No application has been made to my Department to have this new school extended. I am, however, arranging to have the matter raised by the Deputy investigated.
