I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer in question was in employment up to 26th November, 1976, and for one day on 26th February, 1977. He wrote to the inspector of taxes regarding the repayment on 1st March, 1977, and forwarded his cessation certificate (form P45) on 28th March, 1977. Repayment in the sum of £165.33 was made to him on 3rd May, 1977.
