A Cheann Comhairle, could I raise a matter with you at this stage? Arising out of a reply given by the Minister for Justice on 26th October to a question about civil legal aid, and a front page report in today's Irish Times that the Government do not intend to give legal aid in family law cases contrary to their commitment in that regard in their manifesto, which report, incidentally, has not been denied, I am anxious to raise the matter on the adjournment.
