I presume the Deputy is referring to an informal working group drawn from my Department and the Department of Posts and Telegraphs which is reviewing the money transmission and other services of a banking nature provided by institutions coming under the aegis of my Department. The working group has not yet submitted its report to me.
At this stage I am not in a position to say whether or not the report will be published.
