The provision of off-street car parking at Droichead Nua has been included in a schedule of projects prepared by Kildare County Council for which additional road grants are sought. The council have been informed that the grant allocations already made absorb the total provision for road grants in the Department's estimate for the current year. Their representations have been noted, however, for consideration in connection with the determination of future grant allocations.
