: The group, on behalf of which the person named made application, does not meet the criteria laid down to qualify for grant aid under the Group Fodder Scheme. As a development farmer, however, the applicant is eligible for grant aid for the purchase of fodder machinery under the terms of the Farm Modernisation Scheme.
