As stated in the introduction to the document in question from the Higher Education Authority, the authority were requested by me to let me have its observations on paragraph 7.33 of the Green Paper and such observations were furnished to me. They are receiving appropriate consideration in connection with the preparation of the White Paper dealing with the national economy to be published shortly, 1978, and I do not propose to make any further comment on the matter at this stage.
