asked the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy if he will furnish information on the Bord na Móna 3rd Development Programme in (a) 1977-78 and (b) 1978-79, under the following headings: (i) the location of each development centre and the nearest established works; (ii) the expenditure on (a) property acquisition and (b) development; and (iii) the "charge" apportioned to or the "development contribution" made by each "adjoining" established works towards the local 3rd Development Programme.

I consider that I would not be justified in requiring Bord na Móna to furnish for publication an account of expenditure additional to that in the form approved in 1976 by the then Minister for Transport and Power after consultation with the Minister for Finance.
