(Cavan-Monaghan): Could I ask what proposals the Taoiseach intends putting forward following the chaos in the recent election? This chaos was caused by thousands of people appearing to be off the register and thousands not knowing where to vote. This is a very important question.
Would it be in order to propose a vote of congratulations to Deputy Ryan for being the first European Deputy in the House?
