Proposals for the Blackrock By-Pass, Stage 2, have not been received in my Department and I am not, accordingly, in a position to say when work will commence on the scheme. The question of providing the necessary finance for the by-pass will be considered in the normal course when acceptable proposals have been received from Dún Laoghaire Corporation.
