I am informed that a defective light on the pier extension at Skerries has recently been repaired.
My Department are awaiting a report from the Office of Public Works on the question of providing a more effective lighting system at Skerries Harbour.
I can assure the Deputy that there is full co-operation between my Department and the Office of Public Works in all matters relating to fishery harbour improvement works.
