I have received the report in question.
I have arranged that the observations and recommendations made in it should be carefully examined with due regard to other relevant studies. These studies include the Rutland Street Project and related activities and the work of an interdepartmental committee under the auspices of the Minister for Economic Planning and Development which has already been considering a general action programme for the Dublin city inner area.
