43.

asked the Minister for Education if he will approve the arrangements made by the local committee for a multi-denominational school in Bray, County Wicklow, to enable the school to open in September, 1980; the date on which his inspectors last visited the premises in which the school is planned to open; if the inspectors' recommendations or requirements have been met by the local committee; and the reason for any delay in conveying the necessary sanction to the local committee.

The arrangements made by the local committee for a multi-denominational school in Bray, County Wicklow are being examined in my Department in accordance with the usual procedures and the relevant regulations. An inspector of my Department visited the proposed temporary premises on May 1980 and he will submit a report to me at an early date.

There has been no undue delay in the examination of this proposal.
