I propose to grant a lease of an area of foreshore at Lough Atalia to Galway Harbour Commissioners and will have the draft lease issued to the commissioners at an early date. In the meantime, I have notified the commissioners that I have no objection to the commencement of reclamation on the site in advance of the completion of legal formalities.
