: I understand that Dublin Port and Docks Board have made an application to the Minister for Transport for a Harbour Works Order to authorise the carrying out of certain works in the port area and the reclamation of 38 hectares adjoining the British Rail terminal.
I have no function in relation to harbour works orders and I do not propose to make a statement on the matter.
