: As indicated to the Deputy in reply to a parliamentary question on 13 May last, outline proposals were received in my Department from Dún Laoghaire Corporation on 24 March 1980 for the construction of the Blackrock By-Pass, Stage 2.
The additional technical information which was sought from the corporation on 29 April last was received recently in my Department and is being examined.
I am not in a position at this stage to say when work will commence on the scheme.
