: The firm with which a contract was placed by the National Building Agency Limited, on behalf of my Department, for the construction of flats at the barracks, is now in receivership. Accordingly, it is necessary to arrange for the placing of a contract with another firm. The National Building Agency Limited have offered a contract to such a firm subject to the production of a bond. As soon as the bond is received the contract will be finalised. It will provide that work should commence within seven days of the placing of the contract and be completed within nine months.
