asked the Minister for Defence if he will investigate allegations by a corporal (details supplied) in relation to an application by him for a redress of wrongs, and other treatment allegedly meted out to him by a superior officer, with a view to discovering if there are grounds for complaint; and if he is satisfied regarding the manner in which this whole issue has been discharged, in view of the contents of correspondence already forwarded to him on this matter.

: The allegations have been investigated. It is considered that the non-comissioned officer referred to had some grounds for complaint. Appropriate action to remedy these complaints has now been taken.
