The Higher Education Authority have commissioned a report on higher education needs generally. The Authority will submit that report to me when it is completed, together with their own recommendations. I shall then be in a position, in the light of the consultant's report and the Authority's recommendations, to give appropriate consideration to the submission made by North Tipperary Vocational Education Committee.
