asked the Minister for Finance the proceeds from a 1 per cent levy on all corporation profits for 1981.

It is estimated that the yield from a 1 per cent levy on all corporation profits in 1981 would be in the region of £10 million.

asked the Minister for Finance the proceeds from a levy of 1 per cent on all farmers' income for 1981.

A levy of 1 per cent on the total amount of family farm income for 1981 would yield an estimated £7.5 million.

asked the Minister for Finance the proceeds from a levy of 1 per cent on all dividends for 1981.

It is tentatively estimated that the yield from a levy of 1 per cent on all dividends for 1981 would be of the order of £1.5 million if inter-company dividends are excluded.

asked the Minister for Finance the proceeds from a levy of 1 per cent on the income of self-employed persons, other than farmers, for 1981.

It is tentatively estimated that the yield from a levy of 1 per cent on the income of self-employed persons, other than farmers, for 1981 would be of the order of £8 million.

asked the Minister for Finance the proceeds from a levy of 1 per cent on all rents and other income from property in 1981.

It is tentatively estimated that the yield from a levy of 1 per cent on rents and other income from peoperty in 1981 would not exceed £0.5 million if the levy were based on net rents, that is gross rents after deduction of expenses, and if local authority rents were excluded.
