(Wexford) asked the Minister for Health when an allocation will be made to the South Eastern Health Board in respect of minor capital works for Campile health centre, County Wexford.

623.

(Wexford) asked the Minister for Health when an allocation will be made to the South Eastern Health Board in respect of minor capital works for Bunclody health centre, County Wexford.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, it is proposed to take Questions Nos. 619 to 621, inclusive, and 623 together.

An allocation for minor capital works was made this year to the South Eastern Health Board and to the other health boards. Health boards have discretion in selecting works on which to spend such allocations and it is understood that the South Eastern Health Board did not spend any of their 1981 allocation on the centres referred to in the Deputy's questions.

I will consider the position about minor capital allocations in 1982 when the over-all health capital allocation for the year is determined.

622.

(Wexford) asked the Minister for Health when the proposed Gorey health centre, County Wexford will be sanctioned as the accommodation there is below standard.

I am not in a position to indicate when it will be possible to sanction the further planning and construction of a new health centre at Gorey, County Wexford. A decision in regard to this will depend on the availability of capital resources.
