asked the Minister for the Environment if he is aware that Galway County Council have no funds to pay a disabled person's house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will provide funds for this purpose to ensure that this grant is paid before the end of this year, which has been designated the International Year of the Disabled.
