It is understood from the Commissioners of Public Works that working drawings and a bill of quantities for the proposed new special school in Mullingar, which will cater for mildly mentally handicapped pupils, have been received recently from the school authorities' architect. These documents are being examined at present by the Commissioners and if they are found to be in order, the invitation of tenders will then be considered.
