A recent inspection has established that the floor area of the house is now within the prescribed maximum limits, that the house has been satisfactorily completed and that it is occupied by the applicant. Agreements are being made for the approval and payment of a grant.

A house improvement grant of £600 was approved in this case on 8 January 1982. On receipt of notification of the completion of work an inspection will be arranged with a view to the payment of the grant.

A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that the other conditions of the grant scheme have been complied with. The applicant's eligibility for the mortgage subsidy is being examined.
