I regret that because of the extent of the linework involved and the large volume of engineering work on hands and requiring attention in the district it has not been possible to provide service for this applicant, who applied in October 1978. It is expected that service will be provided about the end of this year.

A telephone kiosk at Lindis-farme Lawn, which will serve the needs of nearby Melrose Estate will be provided later this year. The question of providing an additional kiosk in the Bawnogue area is being examined and the needs of Deansrath Estate will be borne in mind when a site is being selected.
