The schools in question are being identified on the basis of careful investigation by my Department of all relevant circumstances, including the proportion of the total enrolment constituted by pupils from homes in the locality of the school.
Will the Minister accept that the type of commission and their composition will be constrained by the type of financing that will be made available?
I would have thought that the type of commission would be based on the advertisement which my predecessor had inserted in the newspapers.
