While there is no specific allocation in the published estimates for new developments such as the development of Geraldstown House as a resource centre, I would hope that it will be possible within the allocations made for the various elements of the community welfare programme to bring about some improvements in community services. I can assure the Deputy that the developments at Geraldstown House would merit a high priority among such proposals.
