The person in question has been approved for benefit under the western package electrification scheme. I understand from the ESB that the individual concerned has been informed of this and has been quoted the appropriate terms. The timing of the connection depends upon the ESB's work programme for each district, and is, accordingly, a matter of day-to-day administration of the board. However, I understand from the ESB that connections will be effected as quickly as possible.
