On 15 September 1981, the then Minister made an order under section 13 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979, specifying certain works which Dublin County Council should carry out to the house in question. I understand from the council that there was a disagreement between the council and the purchaser about the carrying out of these works, which has now been resolved and the works will be undertaken in the near future.
