As the Dáil was not sitting on that day it is felt that the Deputy's question can best be answered in the form of a reply to the most recent Parliamentary Question of this nature, i.e. in the form of a reply to a Parliamentary Question on 14 July 1981.
(b) Craftsmen received a special increase in addition to the increase under the Public Service Pay Agreement 1982. These special increases are included in the craftsmen's rates in the reply.
