The contract for the erection of the extension to the school in question is between the Commissioners of Public Works and the contractor and it is not the practice to supply a copy of the contract documents to a third party. A copy of the working drawings and specification were exhibited by the chairman of the board of management at his residence when tenders were being invited and he may inspect these documents again by arrangement with the Office of Public Works.
