I wish to refer the Deputy to a written reply given to Deputy Rory O'Hanlon on 16 December 1981 which listed the tourism-related projects which commenced in 1981. In addition to those projects the following were undertaken during the course of that year: Provision of landing facilities at Aranmore and Burtonport; Purchase of buses for Derry/Lough Swilly Railway Company; Grants for craft industries in the Border counties; Marketing aids for small and medium-sized industries.
A complete list of new projects to be undertaken in 1982 has not yet been drawn up. The following new projects have been selected to date:
Donegal—Construction of a craft centre near Donegal town; Development of Gortahork sub-aqua unit; Renovation works at Doe Castle; Provision of angling facilities at Dunfanaghy and Aniver Lake; Provision of facilities at Greenore Golf Club.
Leitrim—Provision of angling facilities at Lough Melvin and Glencar Lake; Provision of angling facilities at Ballinamore; Provision of access at Knockvicar boat slip; Provision of toilet facilities at Leitrim village.
Cavan—Development of facilities at Cavan tennis courts; Dredging works on River Erne; Provision of angling facilities at Gulladoo Lake, Dromore River; Lough Oughter and Belturbet.
Monaghan—Purchase of Hope Castle Estate, Castleblayney for development as an amenity; Renovation works at Drumlane Abbey; Provision of angling facilities at Carrickmacross.
