Records are not maintained in such a way as to provide particulars of the average number of gardaí serving at particular stations in any year and compilation of the information would involve a disproportionate amount of Garda time. Particulars of the number of gardaí of all ranks assigned to Rathfarnham, Tallaght and Dundrum Garda stations on 31 December in each of the last ten years and of the number of official cars allocated to these centres on the same dates are, however, available and are given in the following table:
