There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named.

asked the Minister for the Environment why a new house grant which was approved for payment has not yet been paid to a person in Roscommon (details supplied).
My Department is awaiting the submission of Form S.L. 4, which the applicant has been asked on two occasions to complete and have certified by his inspector of taxes. His eligibility for payment of the grant will then be determined.

A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and that the other conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with.
