The Minister of State at the Department of Finance will furnish the Deputy with the information requested regarding properties in Dublin County Borough occupied by this Department and owned or leased by the office of Public Works.
The list of properties owned or leased by my Department is in the form of a tabular statement, which I propose to have circulated with the Official Report.
The following is the statement:—
Properties owned — Mountjoy Prison Complex; Arbour Hill Prison; Everton House, Old Cabra Road; Richmond Lodge, Old Kilmainham; St. Vincent's Orphanage, Hart's Corner, Glasnevin.
Properties leased — Social Aid Centre, Dublin Central Mission, Marlboro Place, Dublin 1; Two units at Chancery Lane, Dublin 8.
There are plans for the development of the Richmond Lodge and St. Vincent's Orphanage sites. There are buildings on the latter which are due to be demolished.
I did not catch all the properties and I do not want to ask the Minister to go through them again. But in relation to the property that the Deparment is renting for the provision of new District Court facilities to deal with family matters in the Dublin Metropolitan Area, what is the position?

In relation to cost and as to when the building will become available.
