asked the Minister for the Environment if his Department intend to carry out repairs to the bridge at Castlefin, County Donegal; and, if so, when.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 161 and 162 together.
The priority to be given to works at these locations is entirely within the discretion of Donegal County Council. It is open to the council to provide for such works as may be necessary at either or both locations from the Exchequer assistance available through the block grant for roads or to include them in their programme of schemes for execution from the EEC Special Border Areas Programme Fund.
