Galway County Development Team have sent me a copy of a proposal regarding the development of Carnmore Airport, County Galway, and I am treating this as an application for financial assistance. I regret, however, that in view of the very difficult budgetary situation and the existing commitments to other airport projects it is most unlikely that there will be any funds available from my Department for this project in 1983.
