The position about the case referred to by the Deputy is that the applicant has been granted a Disabled Persons Maintenance Allowance by the Eastern Health Board with effect from 20 September 1982. Payment of the allowance at the maximum rate of £32.55 per week, will commence on 29 January 1983. Arrears amounting to £585.90 will be paid during February.
