It is a condition for the payment of grants to development farmers under the farm modernisations scheme that an extract of farm accounts is submitted for each year of the plans. As the applicant in this case is a development farmer the grant cannot be paid until the necessary extract is furnished.

It is a condition for the payment of grants to development farmers under the farm modernisation scheme that an extract of farm accounts is submitted for each year of the farm development plan. The applicant in this case is a development farmer. As the relevant farm accounts extracts have not been received for 1980 and 1981 he has forfeited entitlement to the development rate of grant and to the special aids available to development farmers. Arrangements are being made for payment at an early date of the grant at the lower rate.
