A grant of £2,680 in respect of farm buildings has been paid. Payment of grant under the Group Fodder Scheme will be made on receipt of the necessary certification from the local ACOT office.

Applications under the Programme for Western Development are processed in order of receipt. The application referred to will be investigated when earlier applications have been dealt with.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to have a farm modernisation grant for building and concreting paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the work has been finished since June, 1982.
It is a condition under the Farm Modernisation Scheme that a project to be grant aided must form part of a farm plan.
As the project in this case was not on the farm plan and has been carried out without the prior written approval of the Farm Development Service, it is not eligible for grant aid.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange for the immediate payment of a farm modernisation scheme grant for drainage work to persons (details supplied) in County Galway.
