The person named will be paid his grants under the 1982 cattle headage scheme in the disadvantaged areas shortly. It is a condition of the EEC suckler cow premium scheme that an applicant must earn at least 50 per cent of his income from farming and his eligibility for payment of suckler cow premium will be determined when the person named supplies particulars of his farm earnings which have been requested from him.
