The three appointments will be on a full time basis and the appointees will be on secondment from the Houses of the Oireachtas for the duration of their appointments.
This is compared with one non-established civil servant appointed by the previous administration together with two established civil servants on loan to this Department in an advisory capacity to the Minister, one of whom had originally been appointed in the public interest.
