The design for the proposed Ballinsare group water supply scheme was cleared technically by my Department's inspector in June 1982 and was forwarded to Kerry County Council on 17 June 1982. Kerry County Council's approval of the scheme has not yet been received in my Department. A reminder has been issued to the local authority seeking an early decision in the matter.
